New & Used Car Sales ConsultantSubaru of Jacksonville is hiring a high-energy New & Used Car Sales Consultant to join our award-winning dealership team. In this role, you will help customers find the perfect vehicle—whether it’s a new Subaru or a certified pre-owned or used car from our large inventory. You’ll guide customers through the full automotive sales process, conduct test drives, present pricing and financing options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.We operate with integrity, transparency, and a strong customer-first culture. Join one of Florida’s top-performing Subaru dealerships with outstanding showroom traffic, high-quality leads, and strong management support.What We Offer:$50,000 – $150,000+ expected annual earningsFull dealership benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTOPaid Subaru brand certification and ongoing automotive sales trainingStrong used car inventory + high new-car demandEmployee discounts on vehicles, service, and partsHigh dealership foot traffic + consistent internet and phone leadsTeam-oriented culture with leadership committed to your successClosed on SundaysKey Responsibilities:Greet, assist, and engage customers in the showroom, on the lot, and through phone/online leadsConduct vehicle walk-arounds, product presentations, and test drivesPresent and explain new Subaru models and all pre-owned/used vehiclesProvide transparent pricing, lease/finance options, warranties, and service plansAssist customers with trade-ins, appraisals, and vehicle valuationWork closely with F&I, Service, BDC, and Sales Management teamsMaintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up processes, and sales documentationMeet or exceed monthly sales volume, customer satisfaction, and performance goalsBuild long-term relationships that drive referral and repeat businessEnsure timely vehicle delivery and customer follow-up after the saleWhat You Bring:Prior experience as a Car Salesperson, Automotive Sales Consultant, Car Sales Representative, or retail sales professional preferredStrong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skillsProven ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close dealsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work evenings/weekends as neededHigh comfort level with technology and CRM systemsProfessional appearance and positive, self-motivated attitudePreferred Skills:Subaru brand knowledgeAutomotive finance, leasing, or F&I familiarityExperience selling used cars, appraising trade-ins, or working in a dealership environmentBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement:Subaru of Jacksonville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
