Non-CDL Delivery DriverWe are seeking reliable, safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages throughout Westmoreland County and nearby areas.Drivers will operate company-provided delivery vans, load pre-sorted packages, follow assigned delivery routes, utilize GPS and scanning technology, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.This role is physically active and requires drivers to repeatedly enter and exit the vehicle, walk throughout residential and rural neighborhoods, climb stairs, lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with driving-related experience such as rideshare, courier services, transportation, route-based work, trailer towing, or commercial vehicle operation are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Package Delivery: Deliver Amazon packages safely and accuratelyFollow assigned routes and delivery instructionsScan and verify packages using company technologyTake delivery confirmation photosComplete routes within established timelinesHandle packages responsibly to prevent loss or damageReport delivery issues and undeliverable packagesVehicle Operation: Operate company-provided delivery vansPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsFollow all traffic laws and company safety policiesReport vehicle damage or mechanical concerns immediatelyDrive safely in varying weather and road conditionsLoading & Unloading: Load pre-sorted packages into delivery vehiclesOrganize packages for efficient deliveryReorganize packages during routes as necessaryUnload returns and equipment at the end of the shiftLift and move packages up to 50 lbs.Technology & Communication: Use GPS navigation and delivery applicationsUtilize package scanning technologyMaintain accurate timekeepingCommunicate with dispatch and management teamsMonitor route performance and delivery updatesCustomer Service: Represent Amazon and Upside Delivers professionallyProvide friendly and respectful customer interactionsFollow customer delivery instructions when safeMaintain a professional appearance and conductQualifications Required:Must be 21 years of age or olderValid Driver's LicenseAcceptable driving recordAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a criminal background checkAbility to pass a 4-panel drug screeningReliable transportation to North Versailles, PAAbility to work at least one weekend dayAbility to work 9-11 hour shiftsAbility to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vanAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsComfortable using smartphones, GPS, and delivery technologyStrong attendance and reliabilityPreferred:Package delivery experienceAmazon DSP experienceCommercial driving experienceCargo van or box truck experienceElectric delivery van experienceRideshare or transportation experienceCustomer service experienceMilitary experienceStrong problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements:Lift, carry, push, and move packages up to 50 lbs.Walk and stand for extended periodsRepeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicleWork outdoors in rain, snow, heat, and coldDrive for extended periodsSafely perform duties in a fast-paced environment$22 - $30 an hour
