ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1999 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in fire claims, but I always knew I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps as a second-generation State Farm agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia and a proud parent of three adult children and grandparent to three wonderful grandchildren.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Baxter Bouchillon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
